P · CAS PUERS
Sóller · Mallorca
Built between 1912 and 1920, Cas Puers is a property with Modernista architecture that preserves the character and essence of its period.
The project is based on respect for the original architecture and seeks to recover its characteristic elements, adapting the space to its new use as a private home.
The intervention retains some elements that recall its past as a small accommodation establishment, integrating them into a new, more domestic and contemporary interior proposal. The result combines history and the present, preserving the essence of the house and highlighting its original elements.
The name of the house comes from the needles that were traditionally used for sewing, a detail that forms part of its history and identity.
