This project in the Serra de Tramuntana is based on respect for the original architecture and for all those elements that tell the story of the house.

The intervention enhances and restores the original elements, integrating them with the comforts and needs of contemporary life. Existing terracotta floors have been recovered and new natural stone flooring has been introduced, maintaining an honest continuity with the character of the house.

The lime-finished walls add texture, depth and a soft light, while the lighting project has been carefully developed to enhance the warmth of the spaces and create different atmospheres throughout the day.

The result is a serene and timeless home, rooted in the landscape of the Serra de Tramuntana, where the old and the contemporary coexist naturally.
