Located in Gargnano, on the shores of Lake Garda, this renovation represents our first major project outside the island.

The intervention begins with the place and the landscape. We worked with local materials, such as stone from the area, used both indoors and outdoors in contemporary formats and finishes. Lime finishes bring texture, depth and warmth to spaces designed to coexist with changing light throughout the year.

The lighting is subtly integrated into the architecture, combined with selected pieces in wool, stone and glass that introduce a more eclectic counterpoint.

The landscape is the main protagonist. The living and dining area opens onto the lake like a balcony suspended above the water; the kitchen, bedrooms and different terraces constantly seek this connection with the outdoors. The house is completed with four bedrooms, a gym and a private pier on the lake.

The palette combines natural tones with accents of blue-grey, burgundy and soft orange. A serene and enveloping atmosphere that gives all the prominence to the architecture, the materials and the views.
